Day 31

You woke up on Day 0 with a bite you don't remember getting. It's been 31 days since Harrow City went quiet. No one has reached Day 31. You're going to.

Day 31 is an occult horror FPS where the countdown isn't on the wall. It's in your blood. You're already infected. There is no cure. Killing slows it. Nothing stops it.

Trapped in St. Harrow's Hospital, you'll fight through waves of the turned while the infection climbs toward the moment you join them. Stay aggressive and the fever recedes. Stop moving, and it takes you faster. The only relief is sold by something that should not exist, at prices you'll regret.

The Clock Is You

Your infection is the true enemy: a bar that only climbs. Kills and streaks slow it down. Suppressants knock it back. But every suppression costs NERVE, and the thing selling them keeps a ledger with your name in it.

Meet the Locals

• The Vessel is a merchant with a grimoire strapped where a face should be. He sells suppression, weapons, and time. He is not your friend. He is the only one taking your calls.
• Mara is a porcelain doll who watches. She likes you. That should worry you.
• The Nurse can be put down. She does not stay down. She hunts the whole hospital, she doesn't share her prey, and when you hear her scream, she's already found you.
